About
Mission
We're building AI infrastructure where every output is traceable, grounded in truth, and deployable in critical system infrastructure where mistakes are costly. Inertia exists because we believe the future of AI isn't about generating more, rather it's about guaranteeing correctness.
Story
Inertia started with a question: why do large language models hallucinate? The answer led us to tokenization and stochastic policy. We built the Knowledge Graph Transformer to bypass this entirely, operating directly on graph-structured knowledge in a deterministic manner.
Our breakthrough was graph provenance and zero hallucinations: the ability to trace every output back through the knowledge graph to its source. This isn't an after thought attribution, rather it's built into the architecture. When Inertia produces an output, the provenance chain is derived alongside it, making hallucination architecturally impossible.
